Rack Attack Team
The 2009 Acura TL features a complete redesign with a bigger body, faster engine, and bolder features. Rack Attack establishes relationships with dealerships within their local markets allowing customers a unique opportunity of seeing exactly what a rack would look like installed on their brand new car.
The showroom at Ron Tonkin Acura, which is near our Rack Attack Portland location, is featuring the 2009 TL with a Thule 400XT Aero Foot Roof Rack.
The rack you see pictured here is a composition of the Thule 400XT Aero Foot, Thule Fit Kit 2138, Thule LB50 Load Bars, and Thule 544 Lock Cylinders.
This is a complete multipurpose roof rack system that allows you to carry a variety of gear, while keeping the inside of your vehicle clean and organized. This particular Acura TL has the Thule 91726 Universal Pull Top ski and snowboard carrier mounted to it as well. This provides you with the carrying capacity of up to six pairs of skis or four snowboards, or a combination of the two.
What is nice about the Thule 91726 is that it comes with all the mounting and locking hardware right out of the box so you get complete security and do not need to purchase any additional mounting kits. It also slides out, which means you can load everything beside the car, rather than above the car and prevent any little scratches or dings. This entire rack can be quickly swapped to another vehicle by simply changing the Thule Fit Kit.
