At present, Rack Attack offers standard ground service as our shipping option. Our partnership with UPS ensures all products are transported safely and timely. When UPS isn't the right fit, we trust USPS and Canada Post to do the job.
- For orders over $200, shipping within Canada and the continental US is on us, except for a few special exceptions.
- Shipping charges apply for orders less than $200, determined by your location.
- Certain specialty items, oversized items, or products shipping from the manufacturer might carry additional charges or slightly longer delivery times. Detailed information is available either on the product page or at checkout.
- Shipping rates are subject to change for remote locations. In such a case, you will be contacted with the exact shipping charge before we process your order.
- Holiday shipment cutoff for UPS - Please note dates below to make sure your order arrives in time for the holidays!

At the time of your order, you'll receive a delivery estimate. Rack Attack won't be held accountable if a package doesn't reach you within these approximations, but rest assured; we always aim to have your gear ready for your next journey as soon as possible.
We reserve the right not to ship any orders placed online, granted we first inform the customer by telephone or email.
Return Policy
Free 60-Day Returns
Unless otherwise noted, Rack Attack will fully refund all new items within 60 days of the original product shipping date.
The Fine Print
- Products in new (unused and unassembled) condition can be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Any products installed, assembled, or removed from the package must be returned in "like new" condition and will be subject to at least a 15% restocking fee.
- All items must be returned with the original box, packaging, manuals, spare parts, and accessories.
- Refunds may only be credited to the original purchaser and the original funding source, except for cash purchases. The customer must choose an alternative card refund option for returns of cash purchases.
- Unless there are exceptional circumstances, returns accepted by Rack Attack after 60 days will only be credited with Rack Attack gift certificates.
- The following are non-exchangeable and non-returnable: open box items, closeout/clearance items, products ordered by special request or through a dropship program, trailer hitches, tonneau covers, rooftop tents, camping toilets, powered coolers, portable batteries, snow socks, and charging stations.
Online Orders
- The original shipping and handling costs (if charged) are not refundable unless Rack Attack was at fault.
- We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return.
- The original purchaser is responsible for ensuring that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked.
- Items that require special handling or incur oversize charges are not eligible for a free return; in this case, any shipping costs are the purchaser's sole responsibility.
- All packages refused by the customer are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy plus any additional return shipping costs charged to us by the shipping company. All refused cargo box shipments are subject to an additional $100 transportation fee, which will be charged to the customer's credit card.

Drop Ship Orders
Please note: Drop-shipped orders can only be canceled before the order is processed and sent to the drop-shipper (the product manufacturer). We cannot cancel any drop ship orders after they have been processed.
