Founder Bobby Noyes, known as the "rack guy" in a local bike shop, identified the need for racks compatible with both round and square bars. The first RockyMounts racks were hand-assembled using materials sourced within the U.S. They quickly gained popularity, spreading across the country. As the company grew, it remained focused on producing solid, well-thought-out, and dependable racks, now operating from Grand Junction, Colorado.
