Meet the Manager, Tyle LaCava
Tyler LaCava has been with Rack Attack since 2024, beginning his leadership journey managing the company’s Dallas location before moving on to lead the Boston store. Passionate about helping customers fuel their adventures, Tyler brings strong leadership, industry knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to the team every day.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys hiking, fishing, road trips, travelling and golf. Above all, he values spending quality time with his wife and their three dogs, always looking for the next adventure together.
