The AlumaLite™ aluminum drop hitch combines strength with weight efficiency, simplifying the leveling process when towing unlevel trailers. Crafted from lightweight billet aluminum, the shank is designed for easy handling and installation and offers a 7-1/2" of drop, adjustable in precise 1" intervals, making height adjustments easy with the 2" or 2-5/16" ball. The AlumaLite aluminum drop hitch also seamlessly fits any 2" x 2" hitch receiver with 5/8" hitch pin holes. A drop hitch is an essential accessory for towing trailers with differing heights compared to the tow vehicle. An uneven trailer connection can lead to improper weight distribution and drooping or elevated connection. This misalignment can encourage trailer sway and can result in unexpected accidents. Drop hitches resolve this issue by leveling the vehicle-trailer connection, providing a safe and secure tow. Every CURT product is built with quality to provide dependable, safe towing. The AlumaLite aluminum drop hitch, forged from billet aluminum, provides a sleek polished aluminum finish that's stylish, lightweight and user-friendly. Stringently tested for safety and universally compatible to fit all 2" x 2" hitches, it's rated for towing 8,000 lbs. using the 2" ball, and it can handle up to 12,500 lbs. when utilizing the 2-5/16" ball.

Whatever the next checkpoint is on your adventure -- whether it's getting your bike on the trail before sunrise or making it to the campground before dark -- CURT class 2 hitches let you Bring It with confidence. These receiver hitches are made to handle most light-duty towing applications and offer a custom fit for your vehicle. Typically used on full-size cars, crossovers, compact SUVs, minivans or even compact pickup trucks, a CURT class 2 trailer hitch complements the design of smaller vehicles. This particular class 2 hitch is made to be a custom hitch for certain years of the Buick Century or Regal, Chevy El Camino or Monte Carlo, Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera or Cutlass Supreme and Pontiac Bonneville, Grand Prix or LeMans (to verify vehicle compatibility, see application info). It offers a weight carrying capacity of 3,500 lbs. GTW and 350 lbs. TW. Class 2 trailer hitches can typically be used to tow a variety of lightweight trailers, such as a small utility trailer, small fishing boat trailer or popup camper (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component). They are also perfect for adding cargo space to your vehicle with a bike rack or cargo carrier. This class 2 hitch features a 1-1/4" receiver tube to accept a ball mount shank or other hitch-mounted accessory. For safety, it is tested in accordance with SAE J684. A custom trailer hitch design requires extra care, and as such, CURT class 2 hitches are engineered using real vehicles and hands-on research. We use high-strength steel, robotic welding and rigorous testing to produce hitches that are built to fit your lifestyle. To ensure that each hitch will be a reliable extension of your vehicle, we also finish our hitches in a co-curing of liquid A-coat and black powder coat, giving them long-lasting rust and wear resistance.
Make your tow vehicle and trailer more secure by keeping them locked up tight with this CURT hitch and coupler lock set. The CURT universal trailer coupler lock offers full compatibility with trailers equipped with 1-7/8", 2" or 2-5/16" couplers. A sway control unit is an inexpensive solution to the problem of a wandering trailer. CURT sway control units are designed to attach to your vehicle and trailer at the coupling point and counteract any lateral movement in your trailer, keeping your tow load straighter on the road and giving you more control over your vehicle. The sway bar uses a material like that used in brake pads to provide the necessary resistance while still allowing your vehicle to complete proper turns with your trailer attached. The sway control mounts onto the frame of your trailer and connects to the vehicle's ball mount using a separate trailer ball from that used for coupling the trailer. This sway control replacement ball is designed to attach a sway control unit to the vehicle-side of the connection. With its 5/8" shank diameter, it mounts into the mounting tab of a weight distribution hitch or a sway control ball mount. It features a ball diameter of 1-1/4" to fit the CURT sway control unit #17200 and features a chrome-plated finish for long-lasting rust resistance.

The CURT vertical trailer hitch adapter is designed to turn a vertical receiver into a standard ball mount platform or horizontal receiver tube. A trailer hitch with a receiver tube that points down toward the ground is sometimes preferred on a vehicle because the hitch is then able to be completely hidden from view. With this design, a special ball mount with a vertical shank is required to all make the vehicle ready for towing a trailer or hitch-mounted accessory. This CURT vertical receiver adapter comes with a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" shank and features a gross trailer weight capacity of 3,500 lbs. and a tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs. It has a length of 9-1/8" and a drop of 2-1/4". CURT adapters are constructed using our quality manufacturing processes. We CNC-form each unit, weld it together using advanced robotic systems and then mechanically descale every surface to make each adapter smooth to accept a finishing coat. Our adapters receive a durable gloss black powder coat finish to give them excellent rust, chip and UV resistance.
ARB snatch blocks feature side plates that sit snug against the pulley, eliminating the possibility of the winch cable becoming trapped between the pulley and the side plates. The groove on the pulley itself tapers down to the center allowing for a variety of cable sizes (1/4-1/2) to be used and ensures the cable is seated securely in the pulley, minimizing lateral movement.
