This produces 20,000 lumens of raw-light output for the AR32s and 13,170 lumens for the AR21s. The new V2 driving lights power draw requires a new loom, so ARB designed a harness with high-current wiring and components capable of to handling up to 40 amps. Intelligent thermal management in the LEDs and the PCB board are a critical design component of Intensity lights. To maximize cooling, the die-cast aluminum body acts as a heat sink and allows the dissipation of heat from the LEDs quickly. Producing clean, crisp light with refined color temp on the LED helps reduce eye strain and fatigue on long distance drives while reaching substantial distances down the road. The ARB Intensity V2 LED light bar utilizes Hyperspot optics and advanced flood optics to intensify the light output of the 40 OSRAM LEDs encased in a virtually indestructible polycarbonate lens and powder coated, extruded aluminum body with high-pressure die-cast end caps. Designed to integrate with the top tube of the bumper, the extruded alloy housing wraps around the tube, providing a low-profile integration with the bumper to maximize airflow to the cooling system and reduce obstructions. Its unique tube clamp mounting system sits out of view and delivers incredible stability for off-road use, eliminating vibration while being adjustable so that it won’t interfere with aerial mounting tabs. Performance is paramount, with a heat sink that allows the light bar to dissipate heat quickly and operate at optimum efficiency even when the vehicle is stationary or at low speed.
