The New Universal Wire Hider (V2) is a complete ground-up redesign of the original cable management solution. While the classic version relied solely on adhesive tape on the rubber strip, introduces the patent-pending KClip™ system. This dual-retention method uses hard-plastic anchors (KClips) that bond to the vehicle using 3M™ VHB™, which the rubber extrusion then mechanically "clicks" into. This eliminates the common issue of rubber peeling off in high heat or at highway speeds. Additionally, the internal channel has been enlarged to 0.5 inches, finally allowing it to accommodate the thicker, multi-wire harnesses found on modern high-output LED bars.
