SmartCap evo sport series truck cap - 2024-2025 ford ranger (5'0" bed) - ev0320-mb

The RSI SmartCap EVO Sport Truck Cap is a heavy-duty, automotive-grade stainless steel modular canopy engineered specifically for 2024–2025 Ford Ranger models with a 5'0" short bed. Built for tough utility, trade applications, and serious overlanding expeditions, the SmartCap EVO Sport replaces traditional fiberglass toppers with a 5-piece forged stainless steel construction capable of holding 330 lbs of dynamic weight while driving and up to 770 lbs of static weight when parked.

Designed for maximum access and versatility, this mid-size truck cap features dual-side gullwing openings fitted with flush-mounted bonded glass windows, giving you fast, unhindered reach into your bed space and cargo drawers. Integrated roof rails run along the top canopy to allow seamless installation of roof racks, rooftop tents, awnings, and recovery gear. Essential functional details include a high-mount third brake light, front slider window, positive pressure air vent to pressurize the canopy and keep trail dust out, and key-lockable weatherproof latches to protect your investment from harsh outdoor elements and theft.
